During the all-important preconstruction phase, we perform our constructability review, provide feedback to the design team at each phase of plan development, advise on scheduling, develop the initial budget and submit a Value Engineering analysis designed to save costs while maintaining the overall vision and integrity of the design.

Construction Phase Services

Sirius's approach emphasizes highly experienced staff, on site and in key support positions, to implement the construction and scheduling plan, manage subcontractors and procure materials through on-time deliveries. Our team structure provides for a dedicated Project Manager, Superintendents, Project Engineers, site Foreman, MEP specialists, and safety management.
