This project required a new block addition to the main water treatment building that included concrete flow-ways for new ultra-violet equipment treating a 24” flow. This project required over 2000 yards of material to be excavated in order to temporarily reroute main waste lines. This 24” piping system then needed to be reconnected to the new equipment. During backfill of excavated material, extensive compaction and density testing were required to achieve above-average standards.
