Project Details:

This project required a second floor be added to the existing single story building while protecting the first floor. An elaborate exterior staircase was fabricated and installed by Sirius. Substantial Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC and Control subcontract work was completed to update the building. A 2-story Elevator was added. Value Engineering completed for this project reduced the initial contract approximately $70,000.
