In April 2013, Sirius Construction was awarded the bid for a renovation of the medical and dental clinics at Curry Health Center at the University of Montana. This renovation included the complete demolition and renovaticn of the dentai clinic and significant demolition and renovation of the medical dinic. Greg Nemoff, gave me the pros and cons of firm fixed bid vs. time and materials (T&M), telling me the detailed construction I was interested in would be better served with the flexibility of the T&M contract.
